Open Roles
Bus Drivers
Littleton Academy, located in Littleton, North Carolina, is taking applications for bus drivers.
The school is expanding its bus operations due to increased student enrollment. Preparations for
this expansion include securing the services of additional bus drivers. Some positions are open
immediately and other positions will be open in the summer of 2025. Some positions are part-
time and involve only driving a bus. Other positions may be coupled with teacher assistant work
and will result in a full-time position.
Applicants must have a good driving record with no major traffic violations within the past 5
years. It is preferred that applicants have experience operating vehicles larger than a standard
automobile. A North Carolina Class C driver’s license is required. The school utilizes 14
passenger mini buses, so no CDL license is required.
Successful candidates must undergo a background check before employment. Successful candidates must also perform satisfactorily during a test drive-around with school officials on board and observing.
